Row by Row Experience

Quilter's Fancy has made some changes in its 2018 Row By Row program. We have added the Row By Row Junior Program and we have two license plates to chose from.

In keeping with the theme "Sew Musical," QF owner Cindy Oravecz designed a "Music Box Carousel." In keeping the the new dimensions for Row By Row blocks, the Music Box Carousel is 12 inches by 27 inches. The block uses fused machine applique and featurtes couched thread edges.

Anyone who comes to Quilter's Fancy in Cortland until Sept. 4 gets a free pattern for the block. Like other Row By Row blocks from Quilter's fancy such as "The Purple Mermaid", there is also a fabric kit and an add-on embellishment kit. The $20 Fabric Kit includes all the fabric and trim needed to make the basic block. The optional $32 Embellishment Kit includes special Australian sequins, crystals and other items to add sparkle to the block.

Prize: Be the first person to bring to Quilter's Fancy a finished (quilted, bound, labeled) quilt using at least 8 different rows from 8 different participating stores into Quilter's Fancy and receive a bundle of 25 fat quarters. The quilt may include The 9th Row and Row By Row Junior designs, but those rows will not be counted as one of the 8 rows needed to win a prize.

Include "The Carousel Music Box" in the quilt also will receive $25 gift certificate to Quilter's Fancy.

During the Stitch Challlenge period from Sept. 5 to Oct. 31, the pattern and kits will not be available. They go on sale again at the store and online on Nov. 1.
