Quilter's Fancy collects information necessary to fill your orders, such as name address, telephone number and credit card number, or to reply to inquiries.

We also maintain a list of addresses to distribute our newsletter and other promotional materials from time to time. Simply tell us if you no longer wish to receive such items and you will be removed from the list.

All customer information is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell our mailing list or share any information with anyone.

Five Ways To Place An Order Securely and Confidentially:

• Order online with our secure shopping cart. Check out with your Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit card or use PayPal.
• FAX your order to 330-637-3124 with your address and phone number. Use the shopping cart, but instead of proceeding to the check out, print the order. Include your credit card number, expiration date and the 3-digit security code on the back of your card by the signature bar.
• Mail to Quilter's Fancy, 130 N. High St., Cortland, OH 44410 USA. Use the shopping cart, but instead of proceeding to the check out, print the order. Include your credit card number, expiration date and the 3-digit security code on the back of your card by the signature bar.
• E-mail your order to Quilter’s Fancy.
• Telephone us toll free at 800-484-7944 code 7673 (tell the MCI operator this code or type it in when prompted on your telephone key pad).

Payment:

We accept:

• Visa, Mastercard and Discover (credit or debit). Minimum order $5. We always need the last 3 digits on the back or the card to process your order.Personal checks with current address and telephone number payable to Quilter's Fancy.Money orders payable to Quilter's Fancy drawn on a U.S. bank.
• Traveler's Checks in U.S. dollars.

Shipping:

Most orders are shipped using the U.S. Postal Service.

Rates for PayPal customers using the U.S. Postal Service in the continental United States are as follows:

• $0 to $15 -- $3.50
• $15.01 to $50 -- $5.50
• $50.01 to $80.00 -- $8.00
• $80.01 to $100.00 -- $10.00
• over $100 -- $13.50

Standard international shipping rates for PayPal customers in Canada and Mexico are as follows:

• $0 to $50 -- $10
• $50.01 to $200 -- $24
• over $200 -- $30

Worldwide shipping rates for all other PayPal customers are as follows:

• $0 to $50 -- $12
• $50.01 to $200 -- $40
• over $200 -- $50

For all other customers, these rates are estimates. We will calculate shipping and handling before processing your credit card and charge a lower rate if possible.

Special Deliveries: Call for shipment via UPS Next Day, Second Day or Three-day Select, and we will quote the cost with the order. If UPS is requested, it is billed at cost plus a $2 handling fee.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are available in any amount and may be prepaid by check or credit card.

Backorders:

We will backorder items and ship them when available.

Exchanges or Returns:

Please call, write or email if you are not satisfied in any way with your order. The following items are not accepted for exchange or return:

• Books
• Patterns
• Cut goods
• Special orders

We must be notified in advance of any item being returned. Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Pack the item securely and return via UPS or USPS with a return receipt only. This assures everyone that the package is received. Enclose a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return and indicate if an exchange or refund is preferred. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Damages:

If your order is delivered by USPS and received damaged, notify us and file a report with your local post office.

Errors or Price Increases:

Prices are subject to change without notification due to supplier increases and fluctuations in the exchange rate. Typographic errors are subject to correction.
